About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a night-shift travel assignment in a high-acuity critical care environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, rhythm interpretation expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced ICU setting. Unit & Schedule Details ICU Night Shift Assignment Overtime billed after 48 hours for 4x12 schedules Must be able to work through holidays , including 2 of the 3 major holidays Floating may be required within skill set at manager discretion

Requirements

• Active New York State RN license (in hand)
• Minimum 3 years of current ICU experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• EPIC charting experience (required)
• Ability to float within skill set as needed
• Must be proficient in cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Required to pass a hospital-proctored rhythm exam with: >80% accuracy in rhythm identification, 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive critical care to ICU patients
• Perform advanced patient assessments and interventions
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms accurately
• Administer medications, manage life-support equipment, and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document all patient care using the electronic medical record
