Registered Nurse – Hybrid Critical Care

Heartline Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Hybrid Critical Care role supporting high-acuity patients requiring close monitoring, complex clinical judgment, and collaborative interdisciplinary care. This role offers the opportunity to work across critical care and advanced inpatient environments while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating and providing individualized care using the nursing process, including age-appropriate assessments, development and revision of interdisciplinary plans of care, administration of treatments and medications, and accurate documentation within electronic medical record systems. Nurses apply strong critical thinking, delegation, and communication skills to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or approved nursing program eligible for Virginia licensure
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure
- CPR certification required
- Ability to obtain ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications as required
- Computer proficiency required for electronic medical record documentation
- Successful completion of orientation and competency requirements
- Ability to meet essential job functions
