About The Position
The Registered Nurse – Critical Care position supports nurses entering critical care through a formal training program. Nurses work under preceptor supervision while developing essential ICU skills and clinical judgment.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- BLS required
- ACLS required within program timeline
Nice To Haves
- Acute care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care under direct supervision
- Monitor vital signs, labs, and patient responses to treatment
- Assist with ventilator care and invasive monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
- Complete all assigned training modules and competencies
