How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead daily clinical operations by aligning nursing assignments with patient needs to ensure every individual receives high-quality, population-specific care. Mentor and direct unit staff during your shift, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth through real-time feedback and performance coaching. Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care journeys, proactively identifying and resolving barriers to ensure optimal health outcomes and safety. Advocate for patient excellence by managing concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring that care standards consistently meet family and hospital expectations. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required. What additional preferences we're seeking Clinical Expertise: 2+ years of experience across Med/Surg, ICU, or Emergency Department settings. Critical Certifications: Current ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications. Requirements
