About The Position
A fantastic hospital just outside of Helena, Montana is seeking a full-time, permanent Registered Nurse House Supervisor to join their amazing team! Up to $20,000 retention bonus and $7,000 relocation assistance provided with this position! The Registered Nurse House Supervisor Opportunity: Full-time, permanent, direct-hire Schedule: 3x12s per week, night shift Up to $20k retention bonus Up to $7k relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement included with this RN House Supervisor position The RN House Supervisor will oversee the critical care department and fill in to help with patient care as needed
Requirements
- Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license required, or must be eligible to obtain prior to start
- Minimum of three years’ experience as an RN in a hospital setting
Nice To Haves
- Recent ICU experience preferred
- Background in patient flow, resource nursing, or nursing leadership highly valued
