About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – House Supervisor to oversee clinical operations in a Long-Term Care (LTC)/Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations during assigned shifts.

Requirements

• Active New York RN License
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience (required)
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate nursing operations during assigned shifts
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing and support staff
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in an LTC/SNF environment
• Act as the primary point of contact for clinical issues, emergencies, and escalations
• Monitor patient care activities and ensure compliance with policies and standards
• Assist with staffing coordination, assignments, and workflow management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using EPIC EMR
• Respond to incidents, provide direction during emergencies, and ensure proper follow-up
