About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Forensic / Behavioral Health for an exciting job in St. Louis, MO. Openings Available: 11 Day Shift RNs 13 Night Shift RNs Shift Details Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM Schedule: Alternating 36 and 48 hours per week Breaks: 30-minute break included

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating schedules
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a secure forensic or behavioral health setting
• Professional, reliable, and adaptable
• Current and active Missouri RN license

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to forensic psychiatric patients
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor patient responses
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
• Maintain a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment
• Respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Complete documentation and reports in a timely manner
• Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and professional nursing ethics
• Perform additional duties as assigned
