About The Position

This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Services/ICU Float Pool Team at Winchester Hospital, a 5x Magnet designated, Top Massachusetts recognized 223-bed regional hospital. Requirements

Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
All staff must be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment

Nice To Haves

BSN strongly encouraged
Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred

Responsibilities

Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
