Village Caregiving - Cheyenne is seeking a Registered Nurse/Director of Operations to join our team. This position involves providing leadership and oversight for our caregiving services in the Cheyenne, WY area as part of the nations largest privately owned non-skilled home health agency. We have offices in over 60 cities and nearly 20 states! This is a non-skilled role with one-on-one home visits . Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Iowa
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of caregiving services
  • Oversee and support a team of caregivers
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate client care plans
  • Participate in hiring and training of staff members
  • In-home assessments as needed
