We have more than 500 team members across multiple offices, primarily in Calabasas CA, San Diego, CA, Woodridge, IL, Minneapolis, MN and Pleasanton, CA. We also have team members in two company-owned offices in China, as well as in Europe. We are seeking a commercially driven and execution-focused Director of Operations to take ownership of vendor performance, cost discipline, and capacity execution across our global network. This role requires a strong negotiator with the confidence to challenge vendors, push for improved terms, and hold partners accountable to service and profitability expectations. The Director of Operations will lead high-impact operational initiatives with urgency, ensuring that capacity, seasonal placement, and SLA execution align with brand forecasts and peak demand requirements. This individual must be comfortable operating in high-stakes environments, driving tough conversations, and making data-backed recommendations that improve margin and long-term scalability. This role requires someone who can communicate clearly, understand the financial impact of decisions, and collaborate across departments while holding vendors accountable. PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to the Calabasas area as we operate on a hybrid work model (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
