ELIGIBLE FOR 5% CRITICAL CARE DIFFERENTIAL ON TOP OF THE POSTED BASE PAY Position Summary: Provides care acutely and critically ill patients in need of intravenous treatment in a highly technical and ongoing monitoring environment and responds to calls for intravenous treatment and placement throughout the hospital. Administers intravenous therapeutic treatments as directed by a physician. Observes patients' IV treatment and records observations in patient medical records. Provides information to patients and families regarding intravenous treatment and procedures.Education/Experience: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and meets the requirements as specified in the Nursing Administration Policies.
