Registered Nurse - Contact Center

About The Position
This position works directly with Contact Center agents to assess and triage immediate health concerns over the phone.
Requirements
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum five years applicable clinical experience.
- Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications and proven technical aptitude.
- Ability to navigate a Windows based environment and create, edit, save and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word.
- Ability to navigate Outlook and conduct Internet searches.
- Coaching, motivational interviewing and/or decision support experience.
- Experience in a telephonic role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Mexico. Must have by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment
