Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (or an equivalent combination of ADN and relevant experience).
• Active RN license in the State of Missouri.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related nursing area.
• Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Use specialized knowledge to provide individualized care to patients, ensuring they receive the best treatment and education.
• Provide treatments and perform medical procedures as needed to support patients in their care journey.
• Conduct thorough assessments and make interventions that improve patient outcomes, working closely with the healthcare team to utilize all available resources.
• Lead education programs for patients, their families, and nursing staff, helping everyone feel informed, supported, and empowered.
