Direct and mentor nursing and support staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing shift environment. Apply independent judgment to plan shift workflows, services, and patient care delivery. Assess daily patient needs to create balanced assignments that ensure clinical excellence and meet productivity standards. Resolve patient care concerns and complaints promptly through established professional channels. Ensure the team has immediate access to the essential supplies and resources needed for success. Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
