How you’ll make an impact in this role Advocate for patient recovery by implementing and monitoring personalized care plans that drive positive health outcomes. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for every patient. Champion clinical excellence by executing medical orders and documenting patient journeys with precision. Empower families through proactive discharge planning to ensure a safe and confident transition home. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed. What additional preferences we're seeking 4-6 years of RN hospital experience and High interest in genetics

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.

Nice To Haves

  • 4-6 years of RN hospital experience and High interest in genetics
  • Experience with pediatric blood draws or worked in Pediatric Med/Surg
