About The Position

Part and Full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus. The Cardiac Cath Lab /Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse monitors patients throughout diagnostic and interventional procedures in a fast-paced, highly specialized procedural environment. This role requires strong critical-care skills and the ability to work seamlessly alongside a multidisciplinary team of providers, technologists, and support staff. Registered Nurses must be flexible and comfortable transitioning between cardiac cath and IR cases as needed, bringing clear communication, adaptability, and sound clinical judgment to a unique procedural space that is distinctly different from traditional bedside nursing.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of ICU, ED or Cardiac PCU experience
Strong critical-care skills
Associates of Nursing (ASN)
Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
Ability to work seamlessly alongside a multidisciplinary team of providers, technologists, and support staff
Flexible and comfortable transitioning between cardiac cath and IR cases as needed
Clear communication, adaptability, and sound clinical judgment
On call required
Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred
