About The Position
We are seeking Registered Nurses for an adult residential program supporting clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral conditions. Deliver evidence-based, recovery-focused care in a supportive setting.
Requirements
- Active Texas RN license (unencumbered)
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- 1+ year clinical experience (behavioral health/detox/med-surg ideal)
- Strong therapeutic communication and teamwork

Responsibilities
- Perform assessments, vitals, and medication administration per orders
- Monitor withdrawal using CIWA/COWS protocols
- Collaborate in treatment planning and IDT meetings
- Patient/family education on recovery and relapse prevention
- Accurate, timely documentation; uphold state/federal standards
