About The Position
A Drug Treatment Facility in Junction, Texas, seeks experienced RNs to provide compassionate detox and rehabilitation nursing care. Work within a close-knit multidisciplinary team dedicated to long-term recovery success.
Requirements
- Active Texas RN license; BLS required.
- Minimum one year of behavioral-health or detox experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and medication administration.
- Monitor vital signs and manage withdrawal symptoms.
- Support individualized treatment plans and document progress.
- Provide education and reassurance to patients and families.
Benefits
- $38–$45/hr plus differential pay.
- 12-hour Day or Night shifts.
