As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, CNS Healthcare's mission is to serve the people of our communities. The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Registered Nurse serves as a member of a community-based mental health team that provides services for individuals experiencing serious mental illness. The ACT Registered Nurse provides integrated behavioral and physical healthcare including medication management, the assessment and coordination of physical/medical care, and the provision of direct services to the beneficiary in the community. The mission of ACT is to help people become independent and integrate into the community as they experience recovery through a team-based service model. Please note: As a community-based role, this position will render at least 70% of services in the beneficiary's home or other agreed-upon community-based position. Compensation Range: The pay range for this position is $70,000 annual salary, which is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.
