About The Position

Registered Nurse ARRMC (Hospice Services) Additional Position Details: Union Position | FTE: 1.0 | Full Time | 1st Shift - Days Patterned This RN Case Manager position will be based out of Grants Pass/Josephine County. Salary: Wages are between $53.99 - $77.79 an hour. Increases are based on years of experience n the field. Plus, you will earn shift differentials for swing, night, and weekend hours: $2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am $2.50 extra for working weekends External candidates may be eligible for Relocation Assistance! Requirements

  • RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
  • BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with proof of safe driving record for the past ten years and proof of insurance may be required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, preferred
  • 6 months of hospice nursing experience, preferred
  • ACE's training experience, beneficial
  • Recent home health and/or long-term care experience, beneficial
  • CHPN: Certified Hospice Palliative Nurse
  • CMSRN: Certified Medical Surgical RN
  • HNC: Holistic Nurse Certified
  • WCC: Wound Care Certified
  • COCN: Certified Ostomy Care Nurse
  • MSN RN-BC: Medical Surgical Nurse RN Board Certified
