About The Position

Serve as a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care throughout the nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic outcomes in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures Apply evidence‑based practice, sound clinical judgment, and effective communication to promote the safest patient environment and deliver an exceptional patient experience across the continuum of care Assist with nerve blocks, spinal anesthesia procedures, and provide rapid response support for traumas and emergencies throughout the hospital Perform anesthesia technician duties as needed Coordinate complex case anesthesia supplies, equipment, and scheduling needs to support efficient and safe procedural workflows This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent. Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Strong teamwork skills with a focus on delivering high‑quality patient care
  • Excellent communication skills and bedside manner; dependable, hard‑working, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Highly engaged, reliable, and collaborative with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Comfortable assisting with sterile procedures
  • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) year of critical care experience preferred
