About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Ambulatory Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, experience in ambulatory care, and the ability to coordinate care effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5+ years of recent acute care experience (within last 2 years)
- Active New York RN license required
- BLS certification required
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher required
- Experience in similar or larger hospital settings preferred
Nice To Haves
- Ambulatory care experience
- OB-GYN experience
- Experience with Epic EMR
- Experience in Level 1 Trauma settings
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments in an ambulatory setting
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care
- Assist with procedures and manage patient flow in outpatient clinics
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies
