Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse as defined by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
  • Active American Heart Association CPR Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or greater
  • Knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position.
  • Recent experience in the use of electronic medical record documentation
  • Minimum of one year full-time RN experience in inpatient setting
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with outpatient pediatric clinical care.
  • Experience with leading CCS care conferences
  • Experience overseeing and optimizing clinical operations (ie, patient workflows, clinic schedules, clinician support, etc.).
  • Experience in allergy and immunology procedures, care coordination, and education for but not limited to allergy testing, allergen immunotherapy, home injection teaching, complex IV placement, management of central lines, and management of anaphylaxis.
  • Experience and fluency in working with computers
  • Experience in outpatient setting
  • Knowledge of UCSF and APEX CCS Paneled License/Certification
  • Active Registered Nurse licensure in the State of California
  • Active American Heart Association CPR Certification
