Requirements
- Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program
- Current Ohio RN licensure
- CPR/BLS certified
- Availability to work required evening and weekend shifts
- Commitment to high-quality, efficient outpatient care
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- Prior experience in ER, Urgent Care, or Acute Care strongly preferred
- We invite applicants with strong clinical assessment skills and experience in: Emergency Room (ER) Urgent Care Acute Care
- Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Float between outpatient Advanced Care clinics to provide high-quality nursing care
- Support teams with clinical workflows, patient education, and care
- Build strong relationships with providers, staff, and patients
