Responsibilities What You’ll Do Float between outpatient Advanced Care clinics to provide high-quality nursing care Support teams with clinical workflows, patient education, and care Build strong relationships with providers, staff, and patients Adapt quickly, think critically, and bring positivity wherever you go Who You Are A flexible and motivated RN who enjoys variety A strong communicator and team player Comfortable navigating new environments and learning on the fly Passionate about patient-centered care Excited to be part of a culture that values people first Qualifications Who We're Looking For We invite applicants with strong clinical assessment skills and experience in: Emergency Room (ER) Urgent Care Acute Care Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. Minimum Qualifications Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred Current Ohio RN licensure CPR/BLS certified Prior experience in ER, Urgent Care, or Acute Care strongly preferred Availability to work required evening and weekend shifts Commitment to high-quality, efficient outpatient care Ready to Make Every Day Meaningful?
