Work Hours: Full-time: 80 hours bi-weekly Evening shift Includes weekend and holiday rotations Location: Bethesda North Hospital at 10500 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related field, OR clinical experience and MLT education equivalent to MT certification
- Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
- American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) MT
- Clinical Training
- 1-2 years' experience clinical in a related field
Responsibilities
- Performing a full range of laboratory tests
- Confirming the accuracy of test results
- Reporting laboratory findings to the doctors, pathologists, or other physicians
- Operating and maintaining a variety of laboratory instruments
- Utilizing laboratory computer system in performance of duties
- Maintaining strict adherence to established policies and procedures
