Requirements

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Team-oriented with attention to detail
• Comfort working in a dynamic, patient-focused setting
• Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA)
• BLS certification required
• Certificate or Diploma in Medical Assisting or Associate Degree in Medical Assisting

Nice To Haves

• Experience preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in a clinical or laboratory setting is preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent clinical competency and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and clinical software systems
• Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language.
• Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.
• PBT (ASCP) certification preferred; CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Support patient care: vitals, rooming, assisting with procedures
• Perform basic lab tasks and specimen collection
• Help manage patient flow, scheduling, and communication
• Maintain clean, organized clinical and lab spaces
