Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Finance, Business or related field from an accredited university (or currently pursuing), or equivalent work experience.
  • Series 7, 66 securities licenses and Florida Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required, or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as sales and service support for Grow Financial Advisors.
  • Increase the knowledge of the successful candidate and improve the efficiency of the overall financial planning program.
  • Work with members with investment accounts initially with assets under management of less than $50,000.
  • Increase the number of financial plans presented to members.
  • Increase the volume of sales to the existing book of business.
  • Increase the level and quality of service to the members.
  • Generate additional referrals from this book of business.
  • Increase the cross sale of credit union products to these members.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled account reviews with assigned clients to monitor client progress toward client’s goals.
