Requirements

Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Finance, Business or related field from an accredited university (or currently pursuing), or equivalent work experience.
Series 7, 66 securities licenses and Florida Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required, or ability to obtain within 3 months.

Responsibilities

Serve as sales and service support for Grow Financial Advisors.
Increase the knowledge of the successful candidate and improve the efficiency of the overall financial planning program.
Work with members with investment accounts initially with assets under management of less than $50,000.
Increase the number of financial plans presented to members.
Increase the volume of sales to the existing book of business.
Increase the level and quality of service to the members.
Generate additional referrals from this book of business.
Increase the cross sale of credit union products to these members.
Conduct regularly scheduled account reviews with assigned clients to monitor client progress toward client’s goals.
