About The Position

Nutritious Lifestyles® is actively seeking to add a self-motivated, customer service consultant to our team as a Full -Time Registered Dietitian Job Purpose: To provide coverage relating to Registered Dietitian work at multiple locations. Job Description: Perform Admission and High-Risk Assessment, as well as QA Food Service Audits. Perform MDS, care plans, schedule case, etc. at facilities Maintenance of a “Daily Tracking List” of all clients seen each day and a “Nutritional Risk Tracking List” for all high-risk clients. Meeting with staff for recommendations or processing information. Survey preparations for annual state survey Customer Service and relationship building Maintenance of credentials as required by the employee’s state for licensure and the Commission on Dietetic Registration for registration as a dietitian. Maintains strict confidentiality regarding knowledge of all patient information (HIPAA), confidential staff and NLS business. Requirements

  • Completion of specialized academic training in dietetics, including a minimum of a four-year degree in food and nutrition and science form ACEND or completion of a Coordinated Program.
  • Dietetic internship or master’s program approved by ACEND
  • Current Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist by the state or states in which they practice.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision

Nice To Haves

  • One year of experience in foodservice management or clinical dietetics
  • Previous Consulting experience/traveling consulting experience
