Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
Registered Dietitian
Management/supervisory experience as a Registered Dietitian
Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
Strong planning, organizing, leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities

Evaluate consumption patterns, weight maintenance, food/drug interactions, and overall well-being through nutritional assessments.
Perform assessments for new residents at nutritional risk during admissions.
Provide clear, accurate nutritional assessments and recommendations in care plans.
Work closely with physicians, nursing, therapy departments, and culinary services.
Monitor HACCP and infection control practices, ensuring staff adherence to safety protocols.
