This part-time Dietitian plans modified diets as requested by the attending physician/licensed practitioner, provides nutritional assessments for patients as needed, and counsels patients and their families on dietary plans, food selections, preparation and nutritional principles. The Dietitian also assists the Dietary Manager with menu revisions and Dietary policy and procedure revisions.
