Registered Dietitian (RD) / Clinical Nutritionist - Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital - Full Time - Day Shift Bring your experience to the pediatric clinical nutrition team at NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. Here, you will work with a dynamic team and provide nutritional care to a variety of inpatient pediatric & obstetric patients. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team as you use Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to enhance nutritional care for high-acuity pediatric intensive care unit (PICU), general pediatric and high-risk obstetric patients. In addition, you'll precept dietetic interns and continue to provide education to staff. This is a full time, day shift position.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Baccalaureate Degree granted by a U.S. regionally accredited college/university or foreign equivalent
  • Completion of an ACEND accredited/approved Supervised Practice Program in Dietetics
  • Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) within 6 months of hire
  • NYS Certification as a Dietitian/ Nutritionist (CDN) within 12 months year of hire

Nice To Haves

  • Inpatient pediatric clinical nutrition experience
  • Master's Degree
  • Certified Specialist in Nutrition Support, Pediatric Nutrition, or Pediatric Critical Care (CNSC, CSP, CSP-CC)

Responsibilities
