Clinical Dietitian/Nutritionist
About The Position
Oversee nutritional care for MMI patients with IDD and complex health care needs across the lifespan participating in programs including/but not limited to Pediatric Feeding, Genetics, Speech Pathology, Developmental Pediatrics, Caring for Champions Dietary Health & Wellness, and Primary Care. The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist ( RDN ) provides nutrition consultation and education for patients with complex medical needs and their families who are screened at nutrition risk, identified with nutrition risk, and/or referred by physicians or other healthcare providers for nutrition-related problems, chronic disease management, management of nutrition support, to meet regulatory requirements, or for prevention and wellness.
