We’re looking for a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist who shares our commitment to holistic care — someone who wants to make nutrition meaningful, practical, and empowering for the people we serve. As part of our interdisciplinary medical team, you’ll bring your Dietitian experience, expertise in nutrition, and your compassion for community to help patients of all ages thrive. Your work will help empower patients to make lasting, healthy changes — grounded in love, culture, and respect. Provide individualized nutrition assessments, counseling, and care plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals. Collaborate closely with medical, behavioral health, and wellness teams to support patients with conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and chronic pain. Offer group education, workshops, and culturally relevant cooking or wellness classes. Support the WIC Program by developing and implementing nutrition education plans that reflect the cultural values and traditions of the families we serve. Advocate for community health by helping shape nutrition-related policies and wellness initiatives across the organization.
