Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
  • 2+ years of experience in weight management or clinical nutrition
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
  • Latino background preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in nutrition analysis software and electronic health records
  • Cultural competence and experience working with diverse populations

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments for weight loss program participants
  • Develop individualized meal plans tailored to patients’ specific needs and goals
  • Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and education sessions
  • Collaborate with our medical team to ensure integrated patient care
  • Monitor patients’ progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our weight loss program
  • Assist in creating culturally appropriate nutrition materials and resources
