About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a well-established, family-friendly dental practice in the Minnetonka area to add a Registered Dental Hygienist to their growing team. This is a newly created position driven by patient demand, offering a supportive environment, strong culture, and a consistent weekday schedule. Requirements

Registered Dental Hygienist with Minnesota licensure (or eligibility)
Open to new graduates and experienced hygienists
Positive, team-oriented, and patient-focused
Comfortable in a collaborative, supportive environment

Responsibilities

Provide full-scope hygiene care, including prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
Perform X-rays, charting, and periodontal assessments
Provide patient education and preventive care guidance
Collaborate closely with dentists and team members
Contribute to a positive, efficient patient experience
