Requirements
- Current Tennessee RDA license (required)
- Radiology certification (required)
- CPR certification (preferred or must obtain upon hiring)
- Experience with digital dentistry and dental software (We use OpenDental and Modento)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a true team player
Responsibilities
- Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments per OSHA protocols
- Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans and extraoral photos
- Educating patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene
- Maintaining accurate patient records and charts in our digital system
- Providing outstanding chairside support and a calming presence for every patient
- Supporting front office tasks when needed
