Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize equipment following biological/holistic protocols
- Assist the doctor chairside for all procedures, including CEREC, crown/bridge, extractions, implants, ozone therapy, and LPRF
- Take diagnostic X-rays and CBCT scans (as applicable)
- Maintain strict infection control procedures aligned with SMART and biological dentistry standards
- Provide pre-op and post-op instructions with clarity and compassion
- Document procedures accurately in Open Dental
- Manage inventory, restocking, operatory setup, and ordering needs
- Support patient comfort throughout their appointment with warmth and professionalism
- Assist with laboratory cases, impressions, digital scans, and appliance coordination
- Help maintain an efficient daily schedule and ensure a smooth flow between operatories
