Requirements

Requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and supervision of the children
Work with children on a 1:1 basis in a school environment
Provide interventions to children with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and speech and language disabilities
Deescalate and mitigate behaviors using positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS)
