About The Position
The Staff Pad has partnered with a leading ABA provider to hire a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver center -based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Active RBT certification (or ability to maintain credentialing)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 clinic -based ABA therapy to children ages 18 months–10 years
- Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and document behavioral data
- Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging therapy environment
- Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
