About The Position

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (52 week year round position) Every day as an RBT you will: Ensure the safety and supervision of the children Work with children on a 1:1 basis in a school environment Provide interventions to children with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and speech and language disabilities Deescalate and mitigate behaviors using positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS) You will be offered: Pay rate: $24.00 - $27.36 (dependent upon experience) An environment that is supportive, educational and clinically focused. Requirements
- Requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and supervision of the children
- Work with children on a 1:1 basis in a school environment
- Provide interventions to children with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and speech and language disabilities
- Deescalate and mitigate behaviors using positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS)
