About The Position

Rising Spurs is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide full-time, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism in the Cleburne, TX area. This role involves direct 1:1 therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). ABA Squad is founded and led by behavior analysts. Its clinical team is comprised of energetic and enthusiastic individuals, who are passionate and dedicated to the field of behavior analysis. Our diverse and experienced clinicians come from many educational and cultural backgrounds, but most importantly, the clinicians at ABA Squad share a unified vision— to positively change the way ABA services are provided, so families have access to quality, ethically-oriented services. Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professionals training. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Active RBT certification preferred (training and support available for qualified candidates)
  • Reliable transportation to assigned service locations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in working with children with developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home under BCBA supervision
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
  • Collect and document accurate session data
  • Prepare materials and activities for therapy sessions
  • Communicate session progress and strategies with caregivers
  • Participate in required supervision, team meetings, and trainings
