Under the guidance of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will assist in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other disabilities. The RBT provides direct, one-on-one behavioral therapy, employing evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social skills, and daily living abilities. This position is responsible for implementing individualized treatment plans, tracking participant's progress, and facilitating positive behavioral change.
