Burnett Therapeutic Services (BTS) is hiring both entry-level candidates and certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are looking to advance their careers. As an RBT at BTS, you will work one-on-one with children with autism or developmental delays, focusing on building communication, social, play, and daily living skills through structured, play-based activities. Sessions typically last 2–3 hours and take place in the child’s home, clinic, or school. BTS tailors caseloads to fit individual availability and comfort with age groups, ranging from toddlers to teens.
