The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a key role in supporting students' behavioral, social, and educational growth under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified professional. This position involves implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), collecting and analyzing behavioral data, and fostering the development of communication, independence, and self-regulation skills. The RBT works collaboratively with teachers, pupil services staff, and families to promote positive behavior, inclusion, and meaningful student progress.
