About The Position

Rising Spurs is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for clients located in the following Rockwall area zip code: 75087 This opportunity is ideal for RBTs who are passionate about supporting children and families through high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services. ABA Squad is founded and led by behavior analysts. Its clinical team is comprised of energetic and enthusiastic individuals, who are passionate and dedicated to the field of behavior analysis. Our diverse and experienced clinicians come from many educational and cultural backgrounds, but most importantly, the clinicians at ABA Squad share a unified vision— to positively change the way ABA services are provided, so families have access to quality, ethically-oriented services. ABA Squad is a growing and team-oriented ABA clinical company that provides high quality, ethically oriented applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professionals training. Our clinical team is comprised of energetic and enthusiastic individuals, who are passionate and dedicated to the field of behavior analysis. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Required: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
  • Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for supporting children with developmental differences

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
  • Prepare therapy materials and activities
  • Collaborate with families and model intervention strategies
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training
