Registered Behavior Technician
About The Position
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy and works one-on-one with clients who are diagnosed with Autism to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Registered Behavior Technicians receive ongoing training and support. Our RBT pay starts at $21.25. RBTs are able to advance within our level system to increase pay and earn other incentives. Our next new hire classes start on December 1 and December 8.
