Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification (required before starting).
- Passion for helping children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
- Candidates should be willing to commit for at least 6 months to make a meaningful impact.
Nice To Haves
- ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism.
- Paraprofessional, instructional aide, or early childhood education roles.
- Special education experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA services using evidence-based interventions.
- Implement skill-building and care plans as part of a clinical team.
- Accurately record session data electronically.
- Foster a positive learning environment and maintain strong family connections.
