About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct one-on-one behavioral intervention services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . This role supports children and individuals with developmental, behavioral, or communication needs across home, school, or clinical settings using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Ability to follow behavior plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Strong communication, observational, and interpersonal skills
• Patience and ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field
• Previous experience providing ABA therapy or working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Experience in home-based, school-based, or clinical environments

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect, document, and report accurate behavioral data, progress notes, and session outcomes
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills using ABA methodologies
• Manage and respond to challenging behaviors using approved behavior intervention strategies
• Support clients in designated environments including home, school, or clinical settings
• Maintain consistent communication with supervisors, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision sessions, team meetings, and competency assessments
