This role is ideal for RBTs seeking daytime school hours with optional evening sessions , while working alongside a BCBA-led team that values ethical care, structure, and professional growth. Requirements

  • Active RBT certification (or ability to obtain quickly with support)
  • Comfort working in school and home environments
  • Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate ABA services

  • Experience working with children or adolescents preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in school and home settings
  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
  • Collect and document accurate, real-time data
  • Support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and generalization
  • Communicate professionally with caregivers, teachers, and supervisors
  • Deliver services using trauma-informed and assent-based practices
